The power and beauty of these horses, ridden by some of the world’s most talented jockeys, makes this an outstanding event, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats all the way to the finish line.

On Sunday, October 1, the best thoroughbreds in the world will be competing on the legendary Longchamps track in Paris – all filmed by Visual 102’s wireless cameras.

 

Unprecedented TV coverage

For the 85th Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Lucien Barrière, the starting gates for the favorites will be fitted with mini-cameras to that viewers can experience the exciting start live.

Digital RF links will transmit images from anywhere on the track. The mini-cameras will be installed on the ground and along the rail in all key spots for the race. A camera car equipped with two Wescam gyroscopic mounts will also be filming the races all weekend long.

Last but not least, shoulder-mounted cameras will be used to cover the weigh-in, pre-race parade, paddock, stables and all the other behind-the-scenes action.

The Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Lucien Barrière will be shown live at 5:30 pm, October 1st, on:

- Canal+: live from 5:00 to 6:00 pm

- Equidia: special live show from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

The race will be broadcast in more than 200 countries.
